How do I get an appointment for vaccination?
To do this, please click on the area RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT NOW. Then choose between: Booster Vaccination and First and Second Vaccination. The available times will be shown to you in the registration process. You can select a time slot and confirm it. After that you will receive an SMS and an email. In it is QR code, which please bring with you to the vaccination appointment.
When will I receive my appointment confirmation via SMS/email?
You will receive an appointment confirmation immediately after you have completed the booking process by email and by SMS to your cell phone or email inbox.
What do I need to bring to the vaccination appointment?
You will receive necessary documents (a medical history form, a vaccine education form, and a consent form) when you make your reservation, and please PRINT THEM OUT, FILL THEM IN, and BRING THEM TO THE VACCINATION APPOINTMENT IN TWO FOLD. If you do not have the opportunity to print them out, you can fill them out on the spot. In this case, please be at the check-in 15 minutes prior to your vaccination appointment. In addition, please bring your immunization record and identification card.
May I also come to you with symptoms?
Unfortunately, you may NOT come to the vaccination site with symptoms. In this case, please consult your family doctor immediately, always wear a professional mask and keep your distance from everyone!
What vaccination will I receive?
You will receive an mRNA vaccine, either from Biontech or Moderna.
How effective is the vaccine?
The manufacturer (Moderna) claims the effectiveness is 94.5%. Severe disease is largely prevented with it.
How can I cancel or change an appointment beforehand?
After confirming the appointment, you have the option to cancel this appointment via a link (below the QR code). In case of rebooking, please rebook the desired appointment and cancel the original appointment.

If you experience any discomfort after vaccination, please contact your family doctor or the emergency medical service in your area directly.
